Organizations under the jurisdiction of the Federal Aviation Administration are required to meet all provisions of the DOT regulations, as well as, specific regulations applicable to the FAA.

**For the period of January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007, the FAA has determined that the minimum drug and alcohol testing rates will be 25 percent for safety sensitive employees for random drug testing and 10 percent of safety sensitive employees for random alcohol testing.
