              • Provide a sample substance abuse policy and assist in developing a custom policy for

 Commonly Provided Drug Screens Include Testing for the Following:
    • 5 Panel: Amphetamines, Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates, and Phencyclidine (see chart below)

    • 10 Panel: 5 Panel + Methadone, Propoxyphene, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone

       (see chart below)
    • 10 Panel + Methamphetamines and Oxycodone
    • Alcohol can be included in any of the above
    • Custom panels can be developed upon request
