To help you maintain a safe, drug-free workplace, NDT provides training for your organization's supervisors. The training includes a presentation for supervisors on substance abuse awareness as well as information on DOT/FAA Drug Testing requirements.  Not only is it important for your employees to participate in pre employment and random drug testing, it is necessary for you and other supervisors to be aware of all of the signs of substance abuse.  In addition, the training will provide guidance on what to do if you suspect an employee is misusing drugs and/or alcohol.  The training program can be custom tailored for your specific organization's needs.
